I contacted Simpled Support Team by email at 13.42 hrs. on Monday the 23rd September 2024 to make an enquiry about the installation of a Simpled Slim Series Smart Lock which I had purchased on the 17th September; the installation was purchased as part of the order for the lock & the installer was to reach out to me to arrange an installation date. The lock was delivered on the 19th September & I wished to know when I could expect the installer to contact me.
At 14.00 hrs. on the 23rd, I received a response from Simpled requesting information which I had already provided at the time of placing the order & I replied accordingly. At 16.12 hrs., I received another email confirming that my information had been forwarded to the installers & that they would contact me to arrange installation. At 16.23 hrs. I received a telephone call from the installers & arrangements were made for the lock to be installed on Thursday 26th September. I am very impressed & reassured by the quality of Simpled customer services. In particular, the speed & efficiency with which my query was dealt with by Natalie deserves special mention —thank you Natalie.
