If you have experienced the above scenarios, it may be time you installed an electronic door lock. With an electronic door lock, you will be able to open your gates without using keys (fingerprint/RFID tag/pin codes and even your smartphone)
Fitting is possible if access to the entire cylinder from both sides of the door with the currently installed euro cylinder. What does not work is when the fitting shows only a small slot of the cylinder. You can send your existing door photo for further assistance on our Whatsapp.
When the battery is low, an audible warning will sound when the lock is opened. There are still approximately 100 openings possible. When the battery is completely empty, the door can still be unlocked using the supplied emergency key. Or you can use your mobile power bank to wake up the lock and unlock it.
There are several other ways you can unlock your lock, like fingerprints, keypads, emergency keys.
If a smartphone is lost or stolen, it can be deactivated by the admin user. This means that security against unauthorised entry is still ensured without changing the lock.
CF-SP cylinder is not designed to be exposed to rain.

If only you want to open the lock remotely! However, you can provide permanent and temporary accesses with your app to anyone, WITHOUT a WiFi bridge. You can share app access to their phone and eliminate the permission with a touch of a button.

Steps to replace the battery:
1. Loosen the hex screw on the outer knob.
2. Use the Key to turn the keyhole.
3. Remove the keypad cover (Use the suction cup provided in the package if needed).
4. Replace the old batteries with the new ones. (Good quality Alkaline batteries are always recommended).
5. Insert back the battery cover and secure it with the key.
6. Tighten back the hex screw.

From the outside, when the door is closed, please measure and ensure you have at least 3.5 centimetres between the centre of your current cylinder and door frame(NOT door edge, but door frame). We want to make sure the outer knob won't hit the door frame.
For example, if the door thickness is 7cm, choose "4cm to 8.5cm" Or say it's 9cm, then "8cm to 11cm" is the right one for you.
It will be connected to the lock via Bluetooth. So it's ideally around 10 meters.
However, the maximum communication range will vary depending on obstacles (person, metal, wall, etc.) or electromagnetic environment.
Normally, the smart cylinder doesn't come with a gateway.

Without Gateway, you can still:

With Gateway, you will be able to:
Open your lock from anywhere

1. Choose the new lock on the app.
2. Tap on "Setting"
3. Select "Import from another lock"
4. Choose your old lock from the list. There we go!
Not on all smartphones. Some are using encrypted NFC, and it won't be compatible with the lock. In some regions, people can pair transportation cards on their phones with the Simpled smart locks. In some other countries, it's not possible.
Not necessarily. You can use the passage mode feature for a specific time! In that period, the automatic-lock feature will be disabled. You can still manually lock it with a long-press #.
Sure, you can. You can share admin access with a trusted family, friend, employee. Or you can just share limited access!
That's the point. It's for easier access of the people inside. You trust them. Don't you? Even if you don't, there's a pin code that should be announced after a command, and that's what not everyone has!

Some contactless cards from some banks are compatible. For example, Lloyds Bank, Tesco Bank cards can be registered on Simpled Locks.
