• You have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund—no questions asked.
• To initiate a return, contact customer support for a free return label (UK orders only).
• Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Adding or Removing Items from an Order
• You can remove an item from an order by calling customer support within 30 minutes of placing your order.
• If the order has already been processed, you can still return the item within 60 days for a full refund.
Cancelling an Order or Changing the Delivery Address
• You may cancel your order or change the delivery address within 30 minutes of placing your order by contacting customer support.
• After 30 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible as the order will have already been processed. If you still wish to cancel, you can return the item after delivery for a full refund.
