Registering and Configuring Your Lock
Follow the Device Registration Support Article instructions for step-by-step guidance on setting up your lock. For additional customisation options, review the Door Lock Settings guide.
Once these steps are completed, your dashboard should display all your registered locks and settings.

Your Dashboard is a quick overview of your favorite devices (up to 25 on the home page), recent lock statistics and events account-wide, and a peek at your Guests and Users.
More options and settings are located using the options at the top of the screen, which are detailed below.

Dashboard
The Dashboard is the landing page that provides an overview of your account, including:
- Favourited devices (up to 25 on the home page)
- Recent events across all locks
- Quick access to Guests and Users

Access Management
The Access tab allows you to manage Guests and Users, including:
- Viewing, editing, or creating Access Guests and Access Users
- Setting up Access Schedules and Access Exceptions
- Viewing Guests on a calendar interface

Devices
The Devices section displays all registered locks, showing:
- Device type icons
- Lock/unlock status
- Connectivity status
- Battery level
You can also:
- Register new devices
- Filter devices by location or status
- Manage features such as Door Groups, Common Doors, and Device Schedules
Locations
The Locations tab lets you:
- View and edit existing locations
- Add new locations (necessary for device registration)
