Manage lock configurations through the Lock Settings screen. Some settings may vary based on your lock’s brand.
Key Settings
- Name – Label your lock (e.g., “Front Door” or “Unit 201”).
- Serial Number – Unique and uneditable. Re-register or use Replace Lock if entered incorrectly.
- Programming Code – Default: 123456 (change after installation for security).
- Heartbeat Interval – Set Wi-Fi wake intervals to conserve battery; default: 1 hour.
- Wake Wi-Fi on Key Press – Wake lock by pressing any keypad button. Option for Only Heartbeats to save battery.
Lock Behavior
- Keypad Sound – Enable Mute for stealth mode.
- Auto-Lock – Re-lock after a user code or keep the door unlocked (Passage Mode).
- Auto-Lock Timer – Set time before the lock auto-locks (5 seconds to 30 minutes).
- Lock Action Schedule – Program automatic locking/unlocking at specific times.
- Additional Settings – Include options like auto-lock after app unlock, mute keypad, and thumb-turn auto-lock(500 series).
Additional Features
- Location – Set or change the lock’s location for time zone adjustments.
- Default Guest Time – Set default check-in/check-out times for guest codes.
- Power Source – Choose battery type (Alkaline/Lithium) for accurate battery level monitoring.
- Local Pins – Emergency codes added via keypad. Manage online.
- Replace/ Delete Lock – Easily replace or delete your lock from the system.
